As already mentioned in our letter, Jacques Hess, Jürg Ballif, Walter Fuchser and two investors have purchased beginning of October the stocks of the former ixmation AG and will continue with the entire product line for production automation. We will be supported by two investors, Mr. Heinz Baumgartner, an entrepreneur in the machine tool business and Mr. Marco Campiotti, a financial expert.
