The SECKLER AG offers you many different contracts, which can be designed and changed to meet your needs and requirements. The maintenance contract will be carried out from our service department. Depending on the type of contract, preventative maintenance can be scheduled at least once or up to four times a year.
Contract „Inspection“
Pneumatic: FRL, filter, oil stand, pipes/tubes, silencers, cylinder, end position dampening, connections etc. check of wear and replacement if necessary
Electrical: Cables, interfaces, proximity switches, handbox, electric cabinet, cooling units etc. control and replacement if necessary
Mechanical: Axis lubrication, running axis, pinion clearance, screws/nuts/bolts, gripper unit, seals, buffers/stoppers, dampers, bearing etc. check of wear and replacement if necessary
Others: Industrial cleaning
Contract „tuning“
Optimal tuning, if necessary re-teaching of all positions, test run.

Costs of maintenance contract
The fixed contract does not include the costs for possible repairs, fault repairs, or spare parts. A maintenance check can be carried out along with trouble shooting of a fault.
After completion of our visit, we will provide you with a quote for recommended repairs and spare parts.
All prices are in Euro. The given prices are based according our past and actual experiences. We reserve the right for change.
In the table is the overall purchase price from your machine and we derive the maintenance costs from this value and the zone planning (travel and overnight costs).
