| Course B: Operator training |
|
|
This course is meant for operators, shift-supervisor and maintenance personnel like electricians and mechanics. The participants learn to understand all functions, which are
important, to debug the unit and use in the production.

Elementary training operation SECKLER Control:
Description of the structure of the operation manual, operation elements from the control, touch screen, operation and fault warnings, diagnosis possibilities.
Setting up of the loader:
Moving and teaching of axis, operating of sub assemblies, setting up and adjustments on mechanical sub assemblies, if necessary retooling of the system.
Automatic mode:
Start up, close down cycles, program functions from the system, emergency stop, saftey doors and step mode, system specific warnings and functions. |

| Course C: Programming training |
|
|
This course is meant for electricians with PLC knowledge. The participants learn how to understand and to use the program and how to install the software to the CPU. The participant becomes familiar using diagnosis instruments.

Content:
Construction from control and progamming software, definitions, commands, program structure, online-mode, loading the program, comparing software, observation, creating programs and testing, fault-finding. |
